Space planning is an integral part of the design process and we can help you layout your living space.

Interior Design Services
Design Services:
$200/hour with a min of 25 hours per room.
Organization + Interior Styling
If you don’t know where to even begin and you feel burdened by your stuff.
Let us assist you sort, purge, and manage all of your stuff. We can cull through your belonging and find what actually brings you peace and what can be tossed to make space for a cleaner, more serene and organized space.
Create a plan of attack for spaces that need to be addressed
Provide vendors to help pick up unwanted items
Space Planning with existing furniture
Ordering of materials and supplies needed
Organize and sort belongings into proper homes
Can be added on as a pre or post construction service.
Organization Fee:
Hourly: $400 for the first hour, $300 for every hour after
Day Rate (8 hours): Flat rate of $2,000
We work with the best and most sought after general contractors, vendors, trademan, and suppliers. You will have access to our full network of experts who will assist in the building and constructing of our design concept.
We collaborate and support the general contractor and their team of builders with keeping timeline on track
Review all deliveries of materials ordered (tile, fixtures, finishes) and provide items when needed to contractor
Obtain and provide all spec sheets to each subcontractor
Review all layouts for finishes
Answer all questions on design and finishes on client’s behalf
Liaise with contractor and subcontractors on client’s behalf
Provides assistance to ensure that all design details are executed to full design and client expectation
